Prevent Eyestrain with this software

EyeDefender is an application that provides reminders for resting your eyes. This software has been designed to prevent Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS)

As explained by the developer, CVS symptoms include -

" Eyestrain, Blurred vision, Delayed focusing, Headaches, Back/neck aches, Dry and Burning eyes, Distorted Color vision, Forehead heaviness, Light sensitivity, and sore eyes "

P.S - In case if it pops up when you really don't want it, all you gotta do is hit 'esc'..

Also this helps me to make me realize how long I've been using the computer.(because it get activated every 30mins) :D

If you are looking for a free Video converter. Without any hesitation I can say that this is the best.
